Company Overview
Lianyungang Lianji Machine Tool Co., Ltd. brings together the R&D, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service of band saw machines, circular saw machines, bi-metal band saw blades, and carbide circular saw blades under one roof. Located in Ninghai Industrial Park, Haizhou District, Lianyungang City, we combine equipment manufacturing, sawing consumables, and technical service to support customers in metallurgy, mold & die, automotive parts, shipbuilding, and construction machinery. Our product range includes horizontal and vertical band saws, semi-automatic and fully automatic band saws, CNC circular saw machines, and matching sawing blades.

Our Story
The Lianji brand brings together decades of metal-sawing equipment manufacturing experience. Over the years, the brand has participated in drafting multiple national and industry standards and holds 16 national utility-model patents. In 2006, the Lianji series of horizontal band saws was recognized as a Jiangsu Province Famous-Brand Product. In 2020, the original Lianyungang Machine Tool Works completed a strategic transformation, transferring the Lianji sawing business and brand to the current management team. The new company inherited the brand’s technical and process know-how while upgrading equipment and intelligent control systems. Building on this foundation, the team continues to develop its manufacturing capabilities, management systems, and technical service.

Structural Materials and Stress-Relief Treatment
Core structural components use Q235 steel plate for welded bodies, 16Mn high-strength alloy for saw bows, and HT250-grade or higher castings. Key structural components undergo aging stress-relief treatment to reduce internal stress, prevent deformation and cracking, and support machine rigidity and long-term stability.

Machines and Blades from One Source
Our product portfolio includes band saw machines with working capacities from 250 mm to 1,800 mm and circular saw machines with cutting diameters from 50 mm to 230 mm. We also supply M42, M51, M51+, and M71 bi-metal band saw blades, together with carbide-tipped band saw blades, providing an integrated ‘machine + blade’ offering for different metal-sawing requirements.

SHA Precision Closed-Loop Hydraulic System
The SHA precision closed-loop hydraulic system maintains stable cutting feed despite changes in oil temperature and heat build-up. Smooth low-speed feed and programmable sawing parameters support cutting stability in industrial and heavy-duty metal-sawing applications.

Reinforced Structure and Blade Guidance
A thickened cast-iron base and rear sealing structure provide machine rigidity. The automatic guide arm and high-precision alloy-steel blade guide help maintain stable cutting. A powered steel-wire brush removes chips to reduce secondary blade damage, while hydraulic automatic band-tension compensation helps extend blade life.

Intelligent CNC PLC Touch-Screen Control
The control system provides one-touch switching between manual and automatic operation. Hydraulic feeding with linear-scale positioning supports accurate material feeding. A built-in multi-material process database allows operators to save custom parameters for different cutting requirements.

Machine Safety Functions
Safety functions include automatic stopping upon blade breakage, power interruption when the door is opened, automatic clamping interlocks, and overload protection. These functions help protect operators and equipment during machine operation.

We run a strict, multi-stage quality control and inspection program covering the entire production chain, from Incoming Quality Control (IQC) and In-Process Patrol Inspection to Final Product Testing and Out-of-Factory Re-Verification. Our quality management system is ISO 9001 certified, and our equipment meets the relevant CE requirements, supporting overseas buyers in importing and using our products with confidence. Every machine is rigorously tested and calibrated by our professional QC personnel before shipment, ensuring that it is ready for operation after installation and setup.
